Mathew has been a successful business leader for over 20 years, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. He is also President of Comfort Keepers San Diego, one of the largest and most respected home care companies in the county for seniors and those recovering from illness. In the most recent survey Comfort Keepers had a 98%+ customer satisfaction rating, in an industry that normally doesn’t excel in customer satisfaction.
Prior to leading Comfort Keepers, Mathew has had broad experience from Fortune 500 companies to venture backed startups. Additionally, Mathew currently serves on several boards including Jewish Family Service of San Diego and Elderhelp of San Diego.

Carole Sachs

Carole Sachs

Carole is a successful businesswoman who started Comfort Keepers and served as CEO in San Diego since 2001. As a visionary for which she is well known, Carole has created and implemented several programs that have become best practices for Comfort Keepers franchises throughout the franchise system.
Carole was CEO and owner of Themes N’ Schemes & Events by Sachs & Associates, both full-service event companies in San Diego. Once again, she was known for being a visionary as well as being creative and coming up with the most cost effective and unique ideas for events.
She served as Executive Director for a CPR program in Clearwater, Florida, and as a District Director for the American Cancer Society on Long Island, New York. In both positions she designed and implemented events, seminars and assistive programs for the clientele.
Over the years, Carole has given back to the communities in which she has resided. For five years, she served as VISTA Volunteer on Long Island, New York, assisting in the development of a community-based credit union that was first of its kind and self-help housing, a program allowing former migrant workers to build homes for themselves and their co-participants. She also served as District Director for the American Cancer Society in New York .
Carole presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego. She has assumed the position of Gala Chair for their annual event, works on several program parts of the Step by Step Walk produced annually and gives input on several committees.
With over 48 years in various businesses and positions, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Executive Concierge.

Sheri Harvey

Sheri Harvey

Sheri has over 15 years of experience as a business entrepreneur and senior business leader, including direct sales, marketing, systems development, project management and organizational change and design. She is a driven, results-oriented professional with an executive background in both growth-oriented and established businesses. Sheri has extensive experience with designing internal control processes, metrics and information systems, budgeting, deal valuation, contract negotiation, and business plan development. She is also Chief Operations Officer of Comfort Keepers in San Diego, and through her dedication to customer service excellence and her focus on day-to-day operations, she caused the business to continually improve the services provided to San Diego seniors and their families. Sheri attended Pierce College.
Sheri’s knowledge, values and commitment make her a valuable asset to Executive Concierge.
